The Honest Sheet

How we keep this honest: when we say no, when we may earn, and why that does not change the recommendation.

Rule 1

If stablecoins do not help, we say no.

Rule 2

If the best option pays us nothing, we still recommend it.

Rule 3

If there is a commercial relationship, we disclose it here.

Trust rule: if stablecoins do not help, we say no. If the best option does not pay us, we still recommend it. If there is a commercial relationship, it is disclosed here.

Some options pay us. Some do not. The table below is the commercial truth. We do not upgrade an option because it pays. If a non-paying option is cheaper, simpler, or a better fit, we still recommend it.

This page exists to make trust inspectable: what pays us, what does not, and whether we would still recommend the option at £0.

Methodology

Fee calculations use the GBP to PHP as the canonical corridor and the rounding rule “nearest_10_gbp”. Stablecoin all-in cost is assumed at 0.50%.

Stablecoin transfers are not automatically cheaper than Wise for every corridor and amount. They are much cheaper than bank wires. Against Wise, savings depend on the off-ramp on the receiving side.
